From a couple of years, I have been hearing a common brand name from all the youtubers, my friends, and more. As a curious person, I started finding out what is special in this brand and why  are all so much into this. I started fetching all the details about this brand. Then I found an answer to my questions, people say that this is a brand in India that provides toxic-free products not only to adults but to all newborn babies. 

Baby's skin is a sensitive kind of skin that does not support all types of products, which made me more curious in knowing more about this brand.
Then I came to know the founders of this brand are new parents of a baby who is diagnosed with skin disease and they frequently need to alter products that suit his body. Unfortunately, they found only foreign products would suit, those which are highly expensive and uncomfortable, always requesting their friends or family members to get products from foreign countries. Ghazal Alagh the co-founder of Mamaearth herself made an effort to find the difference between Indian and Foreign products, she came to know Indian products contain toxic products which are banned in many other countries but not in India. The surprising part is that foreign products are made with our Indian ingredients which are toxic-free.

As a mother of a newborn, Ghazal Alagh was so much worried about her baby and came up with the idea that why not experiment with the natural products that are available in India. She started finding the reasons behind different products that cause harm to infants and the ingredients in them. She started recreating toxic-free products for newborns, and also shared her views with her husband Varun Alagh who branded these products as MAMAEARTH in 2016. A brand that welcomes all babies to a healthy and safe world.

Varun Alagh who ended up working as a Senior Brand Manager and Ghazal Alagh worked as a trainer in software applications, now they are well known as chief parents.

In the initial stage, they started sharing their products with all their friends and family members and also reached out to different influencers, bloggers, vloggers, etc.

Now Mamaearth is Asia’s first MadeSafe certified brand. MadeSafe is a US-based not-for-profit organization, that checks each and every ingredient that goes into the product and after a thorough check, certifies a product to be safe. They also ensure the product is free from the 8000 known toxins in the world. Mamaearth products are all-natural, hypoallergenic, clinically tested, and pH balanced.
Ghazal Alagh set an example by proving that women are nowhere less, all they need is strong determination and she also wants to erase the myth that pregnant ladies are not meant for work, by working as a co-judge in Shark Tank India.
