Facts to know before visiting Shani Shingnapur

Hello Readers😀!! How is your day? Hope everyone is doing great. This is itsmeachutha back with a new blog sharing my experience at Shani Shingapur.
A few days ago, as a part of my trip to Shirdi I visited a few places near Maharashtra and one among them is Shani Shingnapur which I got to know from YouTube vloggers and google feed. Here I am not gonna share the history or the appearance of the place this is completely a raw experience of mine which I thought every one of us should know before visiting.

As many of the vloggers and travelers suggested on YouTube the temple has really very good architecture and view but there is something that was not meant to happen in the name of God. Let me now briefly list the things that are not mentioned anywhere. As YouTube videos suggest Shani Shingnapur is not as near to Shirdi, it takes around 1hr 40minutes - 2 hours on one side and the distance from Shirdi is 72km.

Out of my experience I didn't find something like the complete village has no doors as said in many videos. Maybe few still follow that but most houses, shops, banks, and ATMs had doors. However, if you are someone who is curious about and traveling to this location only for this reason, you might be let down.

There would be minibus travelers or cars asking for trips to Shani Shingnapur from Shirdi each traveler has their individual pricing starting from INR 200 - 350 to pick up and drop back to the location you booked. I suggest if you are a good bargainer then you can fix a deal for around INR 200. Here comes the really disappointing matter. They pick up travelers from Shirdi and take us almost near the temple.

Hey did you read that properly I said almost near to the temple yes near to the temple but not at the temple. They stop vehicles near a shop to tell you the history of this place, guide us on how to go, and do the rituals in the temple. They begin by telling a brief tale before asking you to bring flowers, dark cloth, sesame oil, and other items. Once you take the basket, they start telling you the prices of each if it is just a basket the pricing starts from 700. They also tell you if you visit for the first time you should carry all this stuff and if you are a 2nd or 3rd time visitor carry these.

They keep motivating you until you purchase them. If you refuse to purchase them, they start humiliating you in a respectful way something like you came here to visit Shanidev and spent a lot but you are thinking a small amount which would actually cost from INR 700 - 3000 just for a few flowers, a piece of cloth, some leaves and a coconut they cost INR 700 which is totally unfair. If you add some oil and a few more it would cost nearly INR 3000. People from different regions visit to see the place and experience spirituality but these kinds of people practice unfair business in the name of GOD. It should completely be the choice of an individual to purchase or as far as I observed it is not as mandatory as they say. My kind request is not to encourage such people and doesn't waste your valuable money. As every penny you earn is out of your hard work instead of giving them that amount there are so many old people in Shirdi asking for some food it would be better if we donate some food to them their blessings would give us more bliss.

This blog is completely my experience from my recent trip to Maharashtra and had no intention to blame or humiliate anyone & just to spread awareness. I hope you found this blog informative, please do share, and comment on your experience at Shani Shingnapur.

Naina's team was appreciated by all the judges for their work, she didn't understand why their project was not finalized. As the TV shows highlighted an Indian was selected for a great opportunity by Microsoft but lost in the last round of the competition. Naina started receiving calls and messages from her friends, family members, neighbors, etc. Naina's team lost hope and was disappointed with the result. They had to return to India with all the sorrow on their faces.

As they returned and met again on their college campus, Naina's team started discussing the drawbacks of their presentation. Naina's teammates questioned themselves. Naina to Shalini, did we follow all the protocols mentioned in the competition list?
Shalini: Yes. "We followed all the protocols perfectly".
Naina to Jhansi did we make our presentation clearly sync with our ideas?
Naina and team members found no flaws in their presentation, while Saurab and Raghav met Naina on their campus and congratulated the team for their efforts. Also, all of them went to the college canteen, and now Raghav and Saurab joined their discussion. Naina to her brother and fiance "Raghav and Saurab we made sure to follow all the protocols mentioned by Microsoft but we are unable to find the release for our failure, can you help us find them". Raghav and Saurab found that professionalism is the only element that was missed in their presentation. Raghav and Saurab with serious attire." Naina and team let us both help you learn what actually professionalism is and why is it mandatory?"

All the teammates along with Saurab and Raghav started their new beginning in this practice, they experienced different emotions. They not only learned every minute element now but also enjoyed learning. The real-life experiences of Saurab and Raghav helped cherish the team.
Now they were all ready for their next attempt, which would be a power pack performance.  They kept waiting for a single opportunity, but not even one knocked on their door this time. They believed opportunity would knock on their door only once and they thought they had lost it.

Shalini received a message on LinkedIn the day after their presentation in Indonesia which she didn't
check. When all the doors shut, there will always be a secret door for proving ourselves as the last chance.

Naina started her journey to Indonesia with her team members. Microsoft arranged a fantabulous accommodation for the finalists who reached Indonesia, all the team members were overwhelmed with the arrangements made for the final round and were nervous about their presentation. They had a good fresh up and started setting themselves up for the presentation. Everyone is busy enhancing their presentation, meanwhile, they started observing candidates joining the event from different nations which made them more overwrought. They got a call from the event manager that
"Hello, folks!
We are moving ahead to start the event in 3 hours, get ready for the blast. ALL THE BEST BUDDIES".

With all the good vibes Naina and her team entered the convocation hall. Folks from different nations started giving their presentations. Naina's team is eagerly waiting for their opportunity but till the end, their team was not called up for the presentation. Finally, now it's their turn to present their idea in front of all the delegates. Naina and their team grabbed everyone's attention in the hall. They completed their presentation and the event manager announced all folks to have a break for some tea, as we return back, we would be announcing the results. While everyone is having their chai and some snacks, Naina's brain revolved around the question that how come her brother knows about her trip to Indonesia, also she doesn't want to maintain secrecy about her Indonesia trip with her fiance. With all these thoughts, they were back in the hall after a small break.

All the delegates shared their opinions on each and everyone's presentation and finally announced the results. To Naina's surprise, they were not on the list of winners. All the teams lost hope in this competition. Naina also thinks about their parents and Saurab who would be watching all this process on TV as everything is being live telecasted on all the international channels. What is that business idea her team shared? If their idea was not great, why did people payed attention to their presentation? What happened next? How would Naina face her family? Now it's time for our 2nd chapter of this blog.

Naina successfully relocated to a city. Took was admitted to a new college with the help of her brother Raghav. Raghav loved her so much that he never left his sister alone in any situation to date but now it's time for her to fetch her path to reach her dream. 

It's a new start for her. 1st day of college for everyone is a special feeling, even Naina experienced the same. She knew only these 3 years of her graduation are the possible time to prove herself. From the very first day, she started finding herself. In this process, she started participating in all the events conducted by the college but her intermediate 2 years made her dum and dull who cannot express her feelings to others. She couldn't speak in a group of people. She used to work a lot to present herself but every time she failed. This made her depressed and affected her mentally and psychologically. Months passed by....... She is almost at the end of her 1st year but she has improved nothing. During this one year, she became very close to her fiance who always supported her. Listening to Naina's words from the past few days Saurab feels she is in trouble or mentally depressed, so he plans for a trip with her for a week with their parent's permission.

During this one-week trip, he tries to explain to her what are the few things that must be followed to gain confidence and how to work on any project. He not only gives refreshment to her but also guides her to overcome her weakness. That one-week experience made her confident enough and they both got back to their work. One fine day Naina's college announces a big deal internship with Microsoft where only two from their college would be selected depending upon their skills and talent. Everyone in the college took this opportunity seriously and started working on it. As the selection process involves many rounds where public speaking and presentation skills are highly required, she starts working on these aspects. To work on these, she builds a team with her fellow classmates and daily works with them after college hours. In this process she completely forgets about her timings and her family, her main target becomes Microsoft Internship.

Finally, the day has come close (i.e. June 26th) few more days were left to attend the first round of the selection process. During these two months, Saurab visited Naina's hostel more than eight times but whenever he came Naina always looked busy and never gave him proper time to Saurab. June 22nd night,10:00pm Saurab calls Naina to say something very special to him but Naina busy preparing herself didn't check her mobile that night and checks her mobile next day in her college, she finds 20missed calls from Saurab. She calls back to know the reason, he says that he got promoted to a post that he is waiting for more than 5 years for this promotion but while she starts speaking, she hears the news from the college announcement mic that the selection team will be arriving the next morning due to some official reasons, they preponed the process. In that mood, she just congratulated him and turned her mobile off. Observing all these Saurab comes to a decision.

Naina with utmost confidence is almost ready for her first round. That night when she is getting ready for her bedding Naina checks her mobile and reads Saurab's text messages ..................

He texts Naina that "I had been waiting for you for months just to spend time with you for a few minutes, which has become impossible these days. I love you to the sky that I expect minimum concern for me. I don't know whether to call this feeling possessiveness or something else. I can't wait anymore for you. I have come to a decision i.e. If you really like me, you can stop all your busy activities and complete your normal graduation. My salary is more than enough for us but if you want to continue your busy schedule it's better if we depart from each other. Decide it yourself Naina will be waiting for your reply." 

What is Naina's next move?
What would be her decision?
Who becomes her priority?

If her choice is her career..., Is she not disappointing herself and also her family!!!
If her choice is Saurab..., Will she be happy in the future...????

I am back again with some interesting stuff.

  A Big Dream Girl-03

Hope you all enjoyed reading my 2nd part of  "A Big Dream Girl".
Now it's time for our 3rd  one.
"When you start working is when actual hurdles come in front. So it's time to understand that every hurdle you cross is a new step you are building for your destination."

#Naina's Decision:
Saurab's message disturbed Naina, there are only 24 hrs left to attend the interview. Didn't know what to choose either her fiance or her career, both became her priorities. She kept thinking but she couldn't choose one. Finally, she decided to say ok for Saurab but she even doesn't want to leave her career. So she decides to continue her work normally but without knowing it to Saurab.

With all these thoughts in her brain. She made herself set for the 1st round of the selection process and attended it. To her surprise, her entire team got selected for the next round which is going to be held in Indonesia. Her College management, friends everyone congratulated her on her 1st step. But then she kept silent she did not share this news with her fiance , she spent time online as usual with him.
Now it's time for the selected team to get prepared financially and also with their project for the next round in Indonesia. All the team members started their preparations.                                                         

But Naina doesn't know whom to ask for help with her travel expenses, she can't ask her parents as they do not accept sending her to another country, her fiance is out of no choice and she is left with one and only option .i.e. her brother Raghav.
She knew it's hard for him too , but still had a small hope. She calls her brother and tells him she needs money for her college trip. She doesn't want to tell her brother about the real cause behind asking for money. Raghav from his very childhood was a very good supporter of Naina, even this time he gave a small amount of money which helped Naina to get ready for her Indonesia Journey.

Now Naina and her team are all set for her next round. It's time for Naina's team to make a move...

This Blog is all about a big dreamed girl who always dreamed to reach her ultimate life goal by creating and utilizing every minor opportunity as a step to reach her dream, but then did she reach her dream?! What was her journey??

#Schooling: 

Naina, who belongs to an orthodox family is a calm-going and crazy girl who loves to live the moment. Her dreams were always different from others. She was dismissed from school when she was a teen for not paying attention to her academics. School management suggested Naina get married and said not to waste money on her education with her parents. But why did she fail?? Why such a change in a girl? Who was once the top 10 ranked student in her primary education? Any ideas?
Ok!! Let me tell you the reason. The reason why she failed is that she lost interest in her studies as she didn't know what is the ultimate goal of reading all that school stuff that does not give any practical knowledge. Her parents didn't keep a full stop for her education but kept a coma and took her admission to another school. That school does not have any playground but just a simple building. That school looked very clumsy and she didn't like that school at all. Her first class with all the unknown faces and a new place made her feel nervous but within no time she enjoyed the new atmosphere in that school. She found that this school is something different from others. She freshly started studying. From a failed student, she secured 7 points in her first examination conducted by the school.

She even started taking part in activities like seminars, speeches, culturals, science projects, etc. She became a group representative, then a class representative. Her graph really started going up so much that even she didn't notice that. Yet her parents were in the same thought that she would at least pass her secondary board examinations or not. One fine day the school management announced that they had a spy check on all their activities conducted by them and that day, they are going to announce the best out of the school. Naina doesn't know that she is one who is going to be appreciated and she just sat with the audience, and waited for the winner's announcement. Suddenly Naina heard that the school principal was calling out her name on the stage, with all the happiness she received her very first prize in her school. Days passed with very busy school hours.  Finally, Naina passed her secondary board examination in first class.

 #Collegelife: 

As expected, a continuous busy IIT education where she completely forgot her identity and those two years of intermediate was all a mug-up section for Naina. At that time, Naina's grandparents came up with a marriage proposal that one of their family relatives. If Naina accepts the marriage, he will marry her after her education is completely done. Naina accepted the proposal and the gentleman's name is Saurab who is very well settled in his life. They started building good communication between each other and also liked each other.

To their parents' decision, they were engaged. One fine day Naina started looking back on her life.

What did she find????

Nothing but a usual life which she never wanted to be a part of that life. She called her parents, and her fiance, and said she is going to do her UG in the nearest town. None of them accepted in the beginning. She smartly convinced and said she agreed to the marriage on a condition i.e. marriage will be announced only after her studies are done, so now Naina tells ....she is not at all done with her studies. However, she relocates herself from a small city to town.

What is her next move?  What is her big dream? Let's see that in our next episode.

"My Forever Love"

I hope I was one day old when his mother took me into her hands. Doctors told there are very less chances for me to survive . I was born unhealthy with a very less weight .Then his mother who looked after and took care of every minor to major things of mine and finally she made me healthy , an active child but left me alone and passed away from this world when I was four months old . When his mother left everyone alone , he was just 10 years old I hope . 

  

His father didn't look after him than my mother and my grandfather looked after him . He used to live in our village with my grandparents. In my childhood , I used to visit my grandparent's house for minimum three times a year and whenever I reached my grandmother's village he used to wait hours before we reach the station for us(i.e. myself , my sister and mother) with a vehicle . Those days were always a sweet memory of mine . 

He used to bring all the items I liked and my sister liked . My sister and he were a naughty pair and always used to be very friendly and me........

I even wanted to be like her but somewhere I had fear , as he was elder than me and I saw him seriously shouting on my grandmother once . But whenever I spent in my grandmother's house I used to admire him , sometimes even played with him.

Days passed we grew big I mean he crossed his teenage and I entered into my teenage . I slowly started mingling with him , listening his words. But those were vacation days  and once after vacation we need to go back to our home.

One day suddenly when all our family members are about to have our dinner my mother received a call from my relative that he is no more . My mom got collapsed . We never imaged that this sort of situation would happen .We couldn't even believe that more over he is just 24 years old but then its a bitter truth that must be accepted . The next minute we received the call we rushed to our village .  I was just 11 or 13 years old and when I saw him lying on the floor at that moment my thoughts were: why is he sleeping , why is he senseless and did not understood  why everyone around me are crying because I never saw a situation like this before. In front of me his body was taken to burial ground . Someone from our relatives said me watch him now dear or else in life you can't see him again. I didn't understand at that moment why that lady said like that .  

 

Slowly I came to know that he is no more . He won't be visiting our home every month, every festival ,he won't scold me again to concentrate on my studies . His absence made our family very bad that it took years to recover from that but his memories always flashed in our minds . 

The lady I mean when I was a day old is his mother , who took care of me-- is my mother's sister and the person whom I am calling "him" is my brother . 

He is my forever love. When I lost him I understood how much I loved him.

Life is a lesson , not everything is constant .Do not wait for the moment because you may not have another chance to live that moment. Having a person who really cares you is a blessing and loosing that person is ..............!!!!

Today I want to share story with you through his blog. Are you'll excited to know which story is that?

This Story is narrated to me by  my sweet brother to make me know the value of parents and now I just wanted to share that with you'll. "DO NOT MISS THE END"

Well lets start.....

 Before going into the story , a small request .Please do share this story with your dear and near ones because as you read this and learnt something .Let your loved ones also learn something valuable from this story.

                               

There was a nuclear family. A father, mother and son all together lived in a simple rented house. One day for the boy's bad luck he lost his father in very initial age of his life. After his father's dead ,his mother alone took all his responsibilities and made him educated. Both(mom and her son) loved each other. The son grew up and settled in a very good position. One day this son met a girl in his office. Their official talks became happy conversations ,their conversation bought respect on each other and finally respect turned into love.

 

They decided to get married. The very next day son told everything about the girl to his mom and asked for the permission to get married. As she loves his son she didn't said no and accepted for their marriage.

They got married and everything was going cool in their lives. Slowly months passed by and there started disturbances between  the mom and the daughter-in-law. Day by day situation turned worst that son as to come to a decision but he loved both of them.... who gave him life and now who became his life. Out of no choice he finally decided to send his mom to an old-age home. Son to his mom "mom you did many sacrifices and now made me an independent man in this society, I love you soo much and i never wanted to do this to you. I thought of seeing you like a queen but as you know our family situations that demands me to do this dear mom".

He somehow convences his mom and she agrees with his words. He takes his mom to an old-age home and tells her that this is the place where you need lead your rest your life mom and returns back to his work. Days passed and suddenly son receives a call from the old-age home that his mom is suffering from high fever asked him to visit the old-age home. To that call son rushes to that old-age home with a doctor and get his mom treated well ,also gives her some necessary medicines. Mom feels a bit relief and asks his son for a favor, sons accepts her favor asks what does she need ?. She tells ........she need two fans for the old-age home as it is very suffocating during summer. Son replies "its such a small favor mom .I will surely buy them for you". Within five days son returns to mom with fans and asks mom that "Is she happy for those or not?". She tells "she is happy for these but.....................

I need one more favor my dear son". Son even accepts this and asks what she wants?. This time she tells " many donators who donate food for us bring late night at 12:00 pm but by that time many of will sleep and by next day morning it will be spoiled so If possible can you buy us a refridgerator." Even this time he agrees asks her a question that "Why are you asking me to buy everything you wanted for the entire old-age home?"

She replies "Oh my dear son ........I may live only for a couple of years but then when you become old your children will also send you here. So at that time I don't want you to suffer like us.

In this world there is no where children thinks about parents ,only parents always bothers about their children" she cries by telling this with her son. 

   

     " Parents were the only obligation to love you. From the rest of the world you had to earn it." 

Do We Need To Cut To Sustain

 Hey All!!!!!

Have you'll ever thought of  planting in your free time . How many did you plant till now???Are they enough for your livelihood??
Do we need to cut down forests and natural resources for our sustainability. Do we actually need to do that????
Okay .....alright lets think ,we started cutting down the forests on the earth then is that enough for our huge population ( i.e. 8 billion) .  Earth is the place of natural heaven where in no other planet we can get these resources.

Then if we keep on cutting down the trees and green treasure of our earth then , at one point.... to see animals and birds we should show our children and grandchildren in museums. Okay leave about our future generations ,firstly what about us???? 
Why do we need to deforest ?? Any idea about it??Because with increase in population we need place to live. Why do we need to increase population!!!!! THINK ONCE .

To  carry forward ones generation one person is enough. Right!!

Instead if we could plan having only one child in a family then we can have balanced population and we no need to harm any ecosystem on this earth. This beautiful nature is fortune gift for our human beings.

If every country in this world follows "ONE CHILD POLICY" then we can surely have sustainable livelihood .

A movie named "AARANYA" made me think of this ...

where a common man who came across huge floods in his life saw all different species getting extent which broke his heart into tears and thought of building a forest .He alone planted many plants and sowed many seeds within lifetime, he sowed more than 1 lakh seeds to recreate a forest and his vision became successful .

Many different varieties of animals , birds , etc......made their home in that forest. 

A land which is fit for none has become a forest today. His vision to build a forest is unique and a great thought but he loved the work he did .In every moment he kept his soul and mind to complete his mission to build a forest. There was a time when no one supported him but than he never lost his hope .Today for our upcoming generation he is a great inspiration. He fought against government to stop deforestation. He was also called as "The Forest Man Of India".

If we can control the population than we no need search or dig more pits for our future. There is nothing impossible if a human thinks.
